Do I need to book a watertaxi in advance?
Yes you can book the water taxi easily online in advance via this website, for last minute transfers please give a call at +31 20 4229222. We are daily available between 9.00 and 23.00 hours.
Does every hotel has his own landing stage?
Many hotels have there own mooring or very close by. Please fill in your address, hotel or restaurant to search for the neareast boarding location.
Is it possible to get a shared watertaxi in Amsterdam?
No we only have private watertaxis.
When will the watertaxi arrive?
The watertaxi arrives a couple minutes before the time you booked.
Will there be signs where the boat docks?
No there is no sign from Watertaxi Amsterdam on the mooring, the captain is waiting outside the boat to welcome you.
Can I book a last minute watertaxi?
Yes if we have availability, please give a call at +31 20 422 9222 for last minute requests. We are daily available between 9.00 and 23.00 hours.
Can I just hop in a watertaxi and pay?
No you have to book a watertaxi in advance.
Can I buy drinks on board?
Yes on board is a bar available with a selection of beer, soft drinks, wines, juices and coffee/tea. You can pay the drinks after the cruise on board with creditcard, bankcard or cash.
Can a wheelchair or pram be taken on board?
Certainly, if it can be folded. At the entrance, there is a small staircase of 4 steps. The crew is happy to help all guests on board safely.
How can I pay?
You can pay easily online with creditcard, Paypal or other European payment options like iDeal, Bancontact, EPS, etc.
